-We offer free local pick up from East Killara orders are ready for pick up within 48 hours and we allow weekend pick ups by appointment.
-Delivery is within 2-3 business days. Your plants will not be boxed but delivered by by a dedicated driver to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Delivery is $85.
-If an item in your order is not available you will be refunded for that item and we will send you an email update before pick up.
-If your order arrives in poor condition please email us within 24 hours so we can rectify the issue ensuring you are happy. If there are breakages please send us photos of how the item arrived.
