Ficus benjamina 200mm
Evergreen tree with elegant foliage suitable for
containers in or out of doors. Can be planted out in
warm climate gardens.
FEATURES: Glossy mid-green pointed oval foliage gives a lush healthy
appearance to container grown or in-ground plants. Trees have gently
weeping branches and pendent leaves. If planted outside will form stout
grey trunk and often aerial roots.
CONDITIONS: Suited to fertile moisture retaining soils in filtered sun
or semi-shade. Once established will tolerate a fair amount of sunlight
particularly in sub/tropical gardens.
FOR BEST RESULTS: Enrich soil with good compost in a thick mulch layer
Best in sites or climates where temperatures are generally above 8-10°C
Use slow release or liquid food.
