An evergreen shrub with a huge
variety of flower forms and colours. Main
flowering period is spring with spot flowering during
USES: ldeal for pots on shady patios, in garden beds
and as a flowering carpet underneath trees.
POSITION: Choose a sheltered location with well-drained, humus-rich soil. While most Azaleas prefer
dappled light or afternoon shade, some will tolerate full
sun exposure. Please ask your local Garden Centre staff.
CARE: Mulch well and water well during extended dry
periods. Trim after flowering if required. As Azaleas
require acid soil, do nor apply lime
PLANTING: Dig hole twice the width of the container Remove plant from
container and place into the hole so the soil level is the
same as the surrounding ground. Fill hole firmly and
water in well even if the soil is moist.
