HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR GARDENIAS Gardenias will thrive in a
warm, moist but well drained position, provided there is adequate
sun followed by dappled atternoon Hight. Gardenias are acid-loving
plants prefering a rich and fertile well-drained soil. Feed throughout
the growing season and mulch well. Do not let potted specimens dry
out. Gardenias respond well to light pruning. This can be done after
flowering and will encourage luxurious, bushy growth. Yellowing of
the foliage can usually be corrected with applications of epsom salts
or chelated iron.
